The photographs compiled in this book were taken between March and July 2020 during global lockdowns, quarantines and stay-at-home orders as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
They show the views from windows, balconies, doorways and rooftops in 150 homes in 63 countries across the world at a time when borders were closed and travel to other towns, cities and countries was severely restricted or otherwise impossible.
This collection of windows was built through personal invitations to friends and family, many of whom extended the invitation to others. These connections are mapped out on the inner sleeve of this book.
Thanks to all that contributed and offered a glimpse into their (extra)ordinary surroundings.
